Whiteley Brooks Engineering has invested in information technology, especially in the area of CAD/CAM. Our principal software package is EdgeCAM which is able to accept parasolid models. Solid Works, a solid modelling package, is also used along with AlphaCAM, a three dimensional CAM system for preparing part programs for CNC machine tools.

It is therefore possible for drawings and models of parts to be supplied as CAD files via e-mail or computer disc as well as by traditional methods. Once validated files can be automatically downloaded onto CNC machining centres allowing us to offer the fastest of turnaround times.
